Dear Valued Partner,
Thank you for the productive conversation and your willingness to explore a financing partnership with Tassir Fund. We appreciate the trust you are placing in us by sharing your customer data, and we want to assure you that it will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
Tassir Growth Fund I is an ethical, asset-backed private fund that finances Nigerian SMEs through a cost-plus sale structure: we purchase goods directly from suppliers on behalf of vetted customers, who then repay us in fixed instalments over an agreed term. There is no interest. No compounding. No hidden charges.
This document outlines exactly what we need from you to begin our assessment. We have designed the process to be as straightforward as possible, and we will work closely with you at every stage.
Kind regards,
Damilola Kareem & Uthman Onitiri
Tassir Fund Management

Our goal is to build a long-term, scalable relationship, not execute one-off transactions. Suppliers who demonstrate a strong customer base and align with our underwriting standards will be onboarded as Tassir Approved Supplier Partners.
| What This Means For You | Details |
|---|---|
| Faster processing | Pre-approved supplier relationships reduce underwriting time for future transactions |
| Guaranteed payment | For approved customers, Tassir pays you upfront at point of delivery, eliminating your debtor risk |
| Customer loyalty | Access to Tassir financing gives your customers a reason to keep buying from you specifically |
| Volume growth | Customers who previously bought small due to cash constraints can now buy more |
| No liability on your end | Once Tassir purchases the goods, the repayment obligation is between Tassir and the customer, not you |
