Asset-backed funding for SMEs. No hidden fees. No interest. Just transparent, ethical growth capital.
Tassir Fund is an ethical private credit fund providing asset-backed financing using Shariah-compliant cost-plus sale (Murabaha) principles. We finance productive asset acquisition and inventory purchases for qualified Nigerian SMEs whose businesses contribute positively to real economic activities.
We never charge interest. Our profit comes from trade — purchasing assets and selling them at a transparent, fixed markup.
Every financing is tied to a real asset or inventory purchase. No speculative or paper-based transactions.
Built specifically for Nigerian small and medium enterprises that drive real economic growth.
All costs disclosed upfront. Fixed pricing that does not change with time. No hidden fees, no compounding charges.
Nigerian SMEs contribute over 45% of GDP yet face a ₦10 trillion funding gap. Traditional financing often makes things worse.
Customers pay late, but suppliers want cash upfront. Businesses get stuck waiting for money they've already earned.
Traditional banks require extensive collateral and weeks of paperwork, leaving most SMEs locked out of financing.
Conventional loans trap businesses in compounding debt cycles where the cost keeps growing over time.
Inventory costs tie up cash needed for growth. Businesses miss orders they could have fulfilled with the right support.
There's a better way. Tassir provides asset-backed financing where the cost is fixed, transparent, and never compounds.
Our simple 4-step process gets you from application to funding quickly and transparently.
Submit your application with basic business details. Our team reviews your eligibility and financing needs.
Provide supporting documents such as invoices, purchase orders, or supplier quotes for the assets you need.
We purchase the asset or inventory directly from the supplier, taking full ownership and bearing all risk until delivery to your business.
You repay the cost plus an agreed profit margin in equal installments over the agreed tenor (3-12 months).
We provide asset-backed financing across three key categories for SMEs with clear demand and verifiable operations.
Equipment, machinery, vehicles, and other productive assets your business needs to grow and operate.
Local trade transactions where goods are purchased from suppliers and sold to verified buyers with confirmed demand.
Working capital for inventory restocking and fulfilling confirmed purchase orders from buyers.

No. The total amount you pay is fixed at contract signing. Whether you repay in 3, 6, or 12 months, the total stays the same. A longer tenor simply means smaller monthly payments.
